Shipping Policy

At iloveyou.toys, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email address.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer free standard shipping to selected countries and regions where checkout is available.

The shipping fee is already included, so you only pay the product price shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Free shipping covers the shipping fee only. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, local handling fees, or other charges required by your destination country or region.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

All packages include tracking.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Final delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance, local postal processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, local handling fees, or other charges depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by the destination country or local carrier and are not included in the product price or free shipping.

Any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local handling fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees are charged by your destination country, they must be paid by the customer.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent by email once your order has shipped.

In some cases, tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is dispatched. If your tracking does not update immediately, please do not worry. This is normal for many shipping channels.

Order Confirmation Not Received

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, the most common reason is that the email address entered at checkout was incorrect.

We send several emails during the order process, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking updates

We will do our best to correct it before the order is processed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact us at hello@iloveyou.toys if you would like to:

  • Modify your order
  • Change your shipping address
  • Cancel your order

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make changes to the items in the package.

If you would like to add items to your order after placing it, please submit a new order for the additional items.

When Do Orders Ship?

Our fulfillment partners process and dispatch orders throughout the week. Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox
  • Parcel locker
  • Front desk or reception
  • Neighbors or household members

We also recommend contacting your local post office or delivery carrier, as they may be able to provide more detailed delivery information.

Exchanges

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@iloveyou.toys with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For non-defective items, exchange requests may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, and any price difference between the original item and the replacement item.

If a return is required, please do not send the item back to the shipping address shown on the original package. We will provide the correct return instructions after your request is approved.

The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location and the shipping method available.

For items of higher value, we recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without tracking.
