Orders

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address used during checkout.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@iloveyou.toys.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@iloveyou.toys.

We will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Our usual processing time is 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is usually 7-12 business days after the order has been processed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders shipped to the United States.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships.

Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return window?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

What condition does the item need to be in for a return?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will help with a reasonable solution.

Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manual measurement or product differences.

Are these products suitable as gifts?
